"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." ~Proverbs 22:6~
It is essential to teach our children the word of God while they are yet young. This will ensure that they "hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother: for they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck." (Prov 1:8-9)
As it tells us in the book of Eccelesiastes 12:1: "Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;" We should teach our children the truth of the word of God to prepare them for the world that they will one day encounter without their parents by their side. Amen.
