"And unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee." - Genesis 3:16

The word of God has not changed since this time when He set the punishment for the woman. As a reference of proof, that God never changed, let's go to I Corinthians 11:3 "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God." This verse also shows us the order that was given in Genesis by God. Also, in I Timothy 2:11-15 "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety."

We, that are aged women in the Lord, according to Titus 2, are to teach the younger women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Amen. Also, on how we should adorn ourselves as women professing godliness. I Peter 3:4-6 "But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement."

Let's discuss this further....

In order to be in subjection and submissive, please know that God wants your head (husband) to be in reverence to Him. He (your head) must be a saved, God fearing man, full of the Holy Ghost in order to know how to dwell with you (his wife) according to knowledge.  (For details on the work and characteristics of a true man of God, click on I Timothy 3 tab above.) Amen.
